The devil is trying to kill me
I truly believe the devil is trying to utterly destroy me. The scriptures tell us that the devil is out to get us. 1st Peter 5:8 - Be sober,be vigilant;because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. So, you see; the devil is trying to kill me. He has declared open war on me. "Why?" you ask. I recently made a vow to serve God with all my might. I told the Lord that whatever He wanted me to do, I would do it. These were my exact words "Lord, please fulfill your will in my life;no matter what it is. Whatever you want, I want." You see, Satan heard me say that. Satan has been doing things to hurt me. The trick is, he makes it seem like God is picking on me. I'm glad to know that God does not play games with His children. Even though Murphy's law has been made manifest in my life over the last 30 days; I choose to trust God. I know God will deliver on time,(if He doesn't I'll go crazy)God never fails.

I know exactly how you feel! I prayed a prayer like that in August and rededicated my life. After that Satan began to really test my faith in Christ...i turned to the Word for answers and God led me to this verse...
2 cor 10: 4(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
I realized, we are at war!....Satan is fighting against us everyday trying to pull us down ...we need to arm ourselves and stand strong against the devil and God will provide us with our weapons,not machine guns or tanks but weapons that are not of this world....
Eph 6:10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
